IKEM uses personal information such as your name, physical address, telephone number, email address, and company/institution to engage in interactions with you. We use payment information to process your registration and may need to share some of this information with credit card clearing houses and other third parties to complete the transaction. - To communicate with you about a meeting, conference, or event IKEM uses the personal data you provide in this registration for administrative activities related to your participation in this event. We may communicate with you about meetings, conferences or events hosted by IKEM. This may include information about the event’s content, event logistics, payment, updates and additional relevant information. Newsletter subscription

If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter, you must provide a valid email address. You will then receive an email asking you to confirm your registration. You will not receive our newsletter until this double opt-in procedure has been completed.
Your email address and other information will be stored and processed, which will provide data on opening rates and clicked links. This serves exclusively to optimise the content. It will not be shared with third parties. If you subscribe to the newsletter, you agree to receive the newsletter and to the procedures described above.
Newsletters are sent via the WordPress installation of this website and using the plugin ‘The Newsletter Plugin’. The data is stored and processed on our servers. Data will not be transmitted to the provider of the plugin.
