Yes! IKEM Academy 2024 will take place in person in Berlin, Germany.
IKEM is located at Magazinstr. 15–16, 10179 Berlin, Germany. The building is near Alexanderplatz, a major public transit hub close to many of Berlin’s major tourist attractions.

Applicants are selected based on academic and/or professional qualifications and must have experience relevant to the conference topic. Qualified applicants are selected on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of spaces is limited, so we encourage you to apply early.

Please note that IKEM Academy is a non-profit event. Registration and catering fees are used only to cover event costs.
The number of meals covered by your registration fee depends on whether you’ve registered to attend the full or partial programme.
If you’ve registered to attend the full IKEM Academy programme, your registration and catering fee will cover the welcome dinner, lunches and the farewell barbecue.
If you’ve registered to attend a partial programme, your registration fee will cover lunch on the day(s) you’ve selected to attend, as well as the farewell barbecue.

No, the administration fee does not cover the costs of travelling to or from IKEM Academy or the costs of lodging during your stay.

Need- or merit-based scholarships (e.g. for travel and accommodation) are not available, but partial funding is provided for event participation. Participants are only required to contribute a small registration and catering fee.

Yes, participants who attend 3 or more days of the Academy are eligible to apply for a certificate of completion. Contact us for more information.
